FAQs
Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer or photographer?
Good question! A full-time senior-level designer and photographer costs between $100,000 to $120,000, plus benefits. And they're exceptionally hard to find! Also, you might not have enough projects to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you don't need. With our monthly plans, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying when you have work.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design or photography requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my projects?
Most projects are completed in just two days or less. However, product or lifestyle photography that requires you to send us your products to photograph, or us to source models, props, and find a gorgeous location (we're based in Texas; we have no shortage of gorgeous locations!) may take longer.
Who are the designers and photographers?
You might be surprised, but it's just the two of us, myself, Josh, and my partner, Madlyn.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough design or photography work to make you feel like you're getting the most out of your subscription. Perhaps you only have one or two design or photography requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 30 day periods. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 20 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
How do I request designs?
NOTE offers a lot of flexibility in how you request designs and photography using Trello. Some common ways clients request creative work from us is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs, screenshots, or even recording a Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, we can make it a reality!
